Welcome to The Good Shepherd, your spacious elevated haven, perfectly positioned to showcase the views across Taupo. Designed with families and groups in mind, this two-storey retreat offers the ideal blend of shared gathering spaces and separate zones for everyone to relax.
The heart of the home is on the top floor, where open-plan living and dining areas take full advantage of the elevated position. Enjoy the outlook while sharing meals at the table or unwinding in the comfortable lounge. Keep cozy year-round with central heating throughout, or light up the woodburner fire for a warm, classic atmosphere on chilly evenings. A fully equipped kitchen makes feeding the family a breeze.
Bedrooms & Layout
With a convenient layout split evenly across both levels (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each floor), there is plenty of room for multi-generational families or two groups traveling together:
Upstairs: Features 2 bedrooms, including the master with its own ensuite bathroom, plus an additional separate guest toilet for convenience. The main living, dining, kitchen, and woodburner are also located on this level.
Downstairs: Includes 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, alongside a fantastic kids’ rumpus room, the ultimate retreat for youngsters or teens to watch movies, play games, and enjoy their own space.
Outdoor Living & Parking
Step outside to a private, sheltered BBQ area on the ground level, ideal for relaxed evening meals out of the wind after a day on the lake or exploring the town.
Parking: Double garage plus off-street parking for up to two additional cars in the driveway (please note the driveway is not suitable for boat parking).
