Named The Landing because it’s a place to arrive, unpack and settle in. Whether you’re visiting for a couple of nights, bringing the family for a beach holiday or working in the Bay, it’s a comfortable base to make your own.



At the heart of the home is a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with plenty of space to cook, eat and relax together. The kitchen is well equipped for everything from morning coffee and quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners at home.



A second lounge gives everyone room to spread out, with a Smart TV and Netflix for quiet afternoons or movie nights. Outside, the sunny garden and outdoor living area are made for slow mornings, afternoons in the sunshine and easy evenings together.



There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two queen beds and two single beds, making the home well suited to families and friends.



This is a spot where it’s easy to settle into the rhythm of Papamoa.



Start the morning with coffee or breakfast at Pearl Kitchen, one of our local favourites, pick up what you need from FreshChoice, then head down to the beach for a walk or swim.



For families, there are great playgrounds nearby, while the Papamoa waterways bike tracks are just down the road for an easy ride and a chance to explore the neighbourhood.



When you’re after shopping, dinner or a movie, Bayfair is only a short drive away. And with Mount Maunganui and the wider Bay of Plenty also close by, there’s plenty to explore beyond Papamoa.



The Landing is about experiencing Papamoa from a little closer to the ground, finding your favourite café, getting to know the neighbourhood, heading to the beach when the mood takes you and coming home to a place that feels comfortable and familiar.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
