About this house rental
A well-loved Yosemite getaway, now with new owners. Hillsborough Heights has welcomed happy families for years, and we're the trail-loving Bay Area couple who just took it over and host it ourselves. Soak in the hot tub on the big deck with mountain and sunset views, play pool in the game room, and cook in the remodeled kitchen. Close to Yosemite's South Entrance, Bass Lake and Sugar Pine. Ask us for our favorite hikes!
WHERE EVERYONE SLEEPS (up to 10 guests)
- 4 bedrooms, each with a queen bed
- Primary suite also has a single rollaway bed
- Game room has its own queen bed
- Crib and pack 'n play for little ones
THE HOUSE
- 4 bedrooms and 3 fully remodeled bathrooms; the primary suite has an electric fireplace and a jetted tub
- Open living room with a stone-hearth stove and big windows onto the trees
- Remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, propane cooktop, double ovens and a breakfast bar
- Bright dining area with seating for the whole group
- Game room with pool table, foosball and air hockey
- Books and board games for slow evenings
OUTDOORS
- Wraparound deck with a hot tub, propane fire table, BBQ grill and plenty of seating
- Mountain and sunset views, and deer often wander through
- 1.7 private acres with a fenced yard
- Level 2 EV charger and free parking in the driveway

- Pets welcome (up to 2)
GOOD TO KNOW
- Self check-in with a smart lock; you'll get your door code before arrival
- One exterior security camera covers the driveway and front entry. There are no cameras inside the home.
- Mountain roads can be icy in winter; carry chains or drive 4WD/AWD from November to March.
- Please follow the posted hot tub rules; children must be supervised.
- Quiet neighborhood: no parties or events, and quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.
- About 30 minutes from Yosemite's South Entrance and 15 minutes from Bass Lake.
