1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 2 single beds with trundles and a sofa cum bed in the game room that can be bought inside.
15 miles from Yosemite, 9 miles from Bass Lake and under 5 mins from Oakhurst downtown.
Lots of outdoor seating, BBQ grill, pool table, Foosball, 2 Smart TVs,
Single story home surrounded by nature. Enjoy comfortable outdoor sitting with fireplace, BBQ grill, strong wifi throughout the home, 3 car garage, lots of private parking.
Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, refrigerator w/ ice maker, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and pantry. Loots of fine cutlery, plates, bowls, pots and pans.

These ordinances were formed by the community, who asks guests to be respectful of their year-round homes. Many live next to or close to this vacation home. With respect in mind, following the ordinances isn't tough. Noise, parking, trash, and occupancy are the big ordinances to keep in mind. Please help us and the community by following them. Please let everyone in your group know of the following rules -
1. Keep noise down, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM every night
2. Hot tub is not allowed between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM every night
3. Please don't use the back deck after 10:00 PM - noise carries down the valley, leading to noise complaints and inconvenience to fellow neighbors
4. Move any trash to the dumpster located right around the driveway. For your safety and the safety of the wild life, please lock the dumpster lid.
Note: No smoking, vaping or weed inside the house and if odor is found will result in extra deodorizing cost to guest.
Refundable damage deposit of $200 will be added which will be removed within 7 days if no damage found.

Spacious and well equipped house for a stay nearby yosemite. We were 8 of us. 2 families with teenagers. Close to Yosemite park entrance, the house has all equipment to make a lovely stay. From the hot tub, pool table, and lovely views, we all had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Very private location, and also very quiet and peaceful, a lot of details were thought about thoroughly, really enjoyed the hot tub, and certainly a wonderful kitchen as well,Plenty of sleeping areas for large group,Everything was very neat and clean, and plenty of utensils, etc. in the kitchen…

We really enjoyed staying here. It was the perfect location to come back to after a day of hiking at Yosemite national park.The house was clean, and had plenty of space for our family of six. All four kids had a great time and enjoyed the hot tub at night. Was close to grocery stores so we could stock up buying food. We also enjoyed dinner at 41 smokehouse in town. Plenty in the area in the neighborhood was safe!

The property was amazing. Stocked well and the patio with the fire pit fantastic. On the other hand the floors were so dirty we had to often clean our feet. The adults refused to go barefoot. The rest of the home was clean.
