A modern 110 m² log-panelled villa on the bank of a river, surrounded by tall pines. Floor-to-ceiling windows, warm wooden walls and a bright, open layout bring the river landscape into the home in every season.
The master bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and corner windows that look straight out over the river. Two identical bedrooms each have an extendable bed that opens to 160 cm, so the villa comfortably sleeps six. That makes it a good fit for families and small groups.
The open-plan living area is the heart of the home. It has a spacious living room with river views, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with an island. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer makes longer stays easy. The house also has a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, plus a separate WC with washbasin.
A separate sauna building next to the covered terrace holds a private Finnish sauna and a shower. It`s the perfect way to end a day in Lapland. The covered terrace has outdoor furniture for relaxing.
Self check-in with a keypad lock makes arrival easy at any hour, and free parking is available in the yard. The villa sits right next to the main road, so getting around by car is quick. Santa Claus Village and Rovaniemi Airport are 9 km away, and Rovaniemi city centre is 10.4 km.
