Oceans Edge features an open, comfortable layout designed for easy beach living. The bright living area opens directly to the oversized private balcony, creating a seamless connection between the indoor space and the ocean just outside.

• 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 & 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 — The primary bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the two additional bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom, also with a walk-in shower.
• 𝗢𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘆 — An oversized private balcony with comfortable seating and tall Adirondack chairs that put you right at the center of the view. Perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon drink, or watching the sunrise.
• 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 — In addition to the expansive oceanfront balcony, enjoy a second furnished balcony with marsh views.
• 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹-𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 — Thoughtfully renovated and newly furnished with fresh finishes and comfortable furniture throughout.
• 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼 — Located on the first floor of the building, which is one flight of stairs from the main entrance. Convenient elevator access as well.

Oceans Edge sits directly on the beach at The Point in Cherry Grove, one of the most peaceful and scenic stretches of North Myrtle Beach.

Known for wide beaches, quiet mornings, and a slower pace than busier areas of the Grand Strand, Cherry Grove is the kind of place where you can spend the morning watching the waves, the afternoon on the sand, and the evening back on your balcony.

Depending on the tide and conditions, you may find expansive sandbars, dolphins offshore, shells, starfish, and sand dollars along the beach. An outdoor rinse station makes coming back from the sand easy.

Oceans Edge is designed for the kind of vacation you actually want to remember: beautiful views, easy beach days, good food, plenty of time together, and nowhere you need to rush off to.

Guests have access to the entire condo and all amenities provided for guest use, including the private balcony, community pool (during open-season), and beach equipment available in the condo.

The owner’s closet is private and not accessible to guests. Please do not access or adjust HVAC, water, electrical, or other building utility systems.

Guests are welcome to use all other areas of the condo during their stay.

We provide a contactless, self-service experience to give you privacy and flexibility throughout your stay. For questions, requests, or anything you need during your stay, please use the messaging system through Airbnb, Vrbo, Hospitable, or your booking platform. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Oceans Edge is located at The Point in Cherry Grove, one of the most peaceful and scenic areas of North Myrtle Beach. This stretch of beach is known for wide beaches, quiet mornings, beautiful sunrises, and a slower pace compared to the busier areas of the Grand Strand.

Guests may enjoy dolphin sightings offshore, especially in the morning, as well as tide pools, shells, sand dollars, and other natural beach treasures along The Point. For a quieter beach experience, simply head north along the shoreline and explore.

A car is recommended for exploring North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also available.

𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪
• Sl𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟳 — The condo accommodates 7 guests. Infants under 1 year old are not included in the occupancy count.
• 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 — The minimum booking age is 25, and the Responsible Guest must occupy the condo for the duration of the stay.
• 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 — Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A smart lock means no physical key is needed.
• 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 — Up to 2 vehicles are permitted. Motorcycles, golf carts, campers, RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted.
• 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 — Quiet hours and HOA/community rules apply. Parties, events, celebrations, and receptions are not permitted.
• 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗲-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 — Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including the balcony. A $300 violation fee applies, plus any actual cleaning or remediation costs.
• 𝗡𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹𝘀 are permitted. A $300 unauthorized animal fee applies, plus any actual related costs.
• 𝗡𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 are permitted on the property or within the community.
• 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁 — A $300 security deposit authorization is required and processed through Hospitable.
• 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗯𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 — A $50 replacement fee applies for each lost item, or the actual replacement cost if greater.
• 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮 is located at the front entrance of the property for safety and security. It records video only (no audio) and does not cover any interior area of the condo, your privacy inside is fully respected.
