With three full baths as a premium amenity, everyone can have their own space. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well for added convenience!
The gorgeous Atlantic Ocean, pool deck, and beach access is all right downstairs, and our home is situated along a stunning stretch of beach. Enjoy long walks, smashing in the waves, and catching some sun (or an afternoon nap!) all while being just steps from our beautiful condo and your new home away from home.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am. No exceptions.
*This unit is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator access.
*Indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed.
*There is limited first come, first serve space for vehicles over 6'8.
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Washer/Dryer in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

Very nice. But, if you have a pick-up trk or bigger vehicle, garage parking is very tight. Views from ocean front were fantastic.
