Morning coffee on a top-floor balcony, a peek of emerald water between the buildings, and the beach access right there in view. This 2BR Venus condo on Okaloosa Island sleeps 6 with a king and two full beds, refreshed living areas, and 3 smart TVs. Downstairs: a large pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, and grills. The Gulfarium, the pier, and the Boardwalk are minutes away, and Destin Harbor is a short drive. Top-floor units here are few. Peak weeks book first.
Picture this. You cross the bridge onto Okaloosa Island, the water on both sides turns that famous Emerald Coast green, and the busy mainland falls away behind you. A few minutes later you are pulling into Venus. Two parking spaces are waiting, the elevator is just steps from your door, and the car is unloaded before anyone can complain.
Then you step onto the top-floor balcony. Between the buildings, there it is: a window of emerald water and the beach access path leading straight to the sand. That view becomes the rhythm of your trip. It is where the morning coffee happens, where you check the water before grabbing the towels, and where the adults linger after dark while the kids fall asleep to the feeling of a vacation that went exactly right.

- The Gulf view is a peekaboo view between neighboring buildings, looking toward the beach access, not a direct oceanfront view.

While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs - mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you!
The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the StellarDweller reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date.
For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone

Arrival: Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. It helps us make sure everything is perfect for your check-in.
Parking: You have two open parking spots available right in front of the condo. Please avoid blocking any driveways or roads, and stick to your designated spots.
Be Respectful: This is a peaceful community, so no parties or loud music. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Let’s keep the good vibes flowing for everyone nearby.
Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. No additional visitors or overnight guests unless approved in advance.
Trash: Please dispose of all trash in the trash chute located on this floor of the building.
No Smoking Inside: This is a smoke-free condo that also includes the balcony of the property. However there's a designated smoking area on site.
Linens, Supplies and Laundry Linens and basic supplies (like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap) are provided at check-in, but will not be replenished during your stay. Housekeeping isn’t provided while you’re here, so we’ve got options if you need to freshen things up:
If your unit has in-unit laundry, feel free to use it.
Otherwise, the community coin laundry is available nearby (see the digital guidebook for details and access codes).
To keep towels and sheets fresh for every guest, please avoid using them with makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or anything else that may stain. We provide black makeup towels for this reason.
If linens are returned with damage beyond normal use and can’t be salvaged, we may need to charge a small replacement fee. We appreciate your help keeping everything clean and cozy!
