You can access the large balcony that overlooks the Gulf and Gulf-side pool through the sliding glass doors from the living area or Master bedroom. The unit comes fully equipped with linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need to enjoy your relaxing vacation at the quiet end of Okaloosa Island.
In addition, the El Matador complex offers a number of amenities including the sugar-white sand beaches, 2 (1 gulf front and 1 seasonally heated) pools, grills, basketball, pickle ball, and tennis courts, Sauna/whirlpool, fitness room and so much more!

Very Nice Condo, Very Clean. Awesome view. Nice area of town. Owner was very attentive to any need we may have had. Will stay again if every down Fort Walton way again

The view and proximity to the beach were great & 100% accurate!The cleanliness of the condo could be improved for sure. There were socks under the bed that weren't ours as an example, and pancake batter(?) on the counter I used my finger to gently scratch to see if it would come off.General updating/up-keep and a few fresh coats of paint would go a long way. Multiple towel bars were not installed but laying around in closets etc. Walls and trim were dirty with multiple patched areas on the walls. One bathroom door looked like it had water damage and the guest room wall looked as it had as well. All the drawers in the kitchen lacked drawer pulls which wasn't a huge deal- just annoying. The owners were great at responding which was awesome & so appreciated!
