Lovely apartment in Köpingsvik with sauna

A soaring ceiling and mezzanine level give the interior an impressive sense of openness, while timber surfaces and broad wooden floors bring warmth to the contemporary design. The generous dining table forms a natural gathering point, with the adjoining lounge offering space to settle in after a day by the sea. In Köpingsvik, the setting puts the pleasures of an Öland summer close at hand. A popular sandy beach lies just across the road, making spontaneous swims and long days by the Baltic easy to enjoy. Shops, restaurants, bars, kiosks, minigolf and various activities are all within walking distance, while a bakery beneath the accommodation adds to the lively village atmosphere. Beyond Köpingsvik, nearby Borgholm is worth exploring for its harbour, shops and restaurants, and the imposing ruins of Borgholm Castle provide a fascinating glimpse into the island’s history.
