Located between Périers and Lessay, just 12 minutes from the sea, the 3-star Dune cottage warmly welcomes you, your family, friends, and pets. Enjoy a fully enclosed garden, two spacious bedrooms, and a comfortable living space. An ideal base for your holiday, combining nature, relaxation, and discovering the Normandy coastline.
The Space:
Everything has been designed for your comfort.
The house opens onto a spacious hallway with built-in storage, leading to a bright and generous living area. You will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stovetop, large worktop, plenty of crockery and utensils), a welcoming dining area, and a large living room with a television.
A utility room completes the property, equipped with a washing machine, ironing facilities, and ample storage space.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a television, and a second bedroom with three single beds (90x190). A bathroom with a shower is also available.
Outside, two terraces allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day. You will also benefit from a fully enclosed garden, a play area, and a private parking space, completing this 3-star cottage.
Guest Access:
You have full access to the entire house during your stay. The outdoor areas are also completely private.
