Villa Aleva is a fully furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom hillside retreat in the desirable Roca Verde community of Atenas. Available exclusively for stays of 30 nights or longer, the villa combines the comforts of home with sweeping views, a private swimming pool, tropical surroundings, and the exceptional year-round climate for which Atenas is known.
Start your mornings with coffee overlooking the green hills and San José Valley. Spend warm afternoons beside your private pool, enjoy dinner outdoors as the landscape changes color, and end the day in the cooler evening air. With plenty of indoor and outdoor space, Villa Aleva is ideal for an extended vacation, a seasonal escape, a relocation stay, or simply a slower and more immersive Costa Rican experience.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests:
• Two bedrooms feature king-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms
• The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, with a full bathroom just a few steps away
• Comfortable, fully furnished living and dining areas
• A well-equipped kitchen for everyday cooking and entertaining
• Private swimming pool and patio reserved exclusively for guests
• Outdoor seating surrounded by lush tropical landscaping
• Internet and water included
Extended stays are made easier with professional support. Housecleaning is provided every two weeks, while regular pool, yard, and landscape maintenance are also included. Guests are responsible only for their electricity usage.
Villa Aleva offers peaceful surroundings without leaving you disconnected from daily life. The center of Atenas is nearby, with local restaurants, cafés, shops, medical services, and a popular farmers’ market held on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings. Juan Santamaría International Airport is approximately 25 kilometers away, making the villa a convenient place to begin, end, or enjoy your entire Costa Rican stay.
Atenas is also well positioned for day trips to beaches, waterfalls, national parks, coffee farms, and other Central Valley attractions—although you may find that the villa’s pool, privacy, and remarkable views make staying home just as appealing.
Families are welcome, and small dogs may be considered with prior approval, an additional pet fee, and a refundable pet deposit.
Please note that the swimming pool is not fenced and the hillside beyond the property is steep. Children must be actively supervised outdoors.
Minimum stay: 30 nights. Stays of up to 90 nights are generally available, and longer stays may be considered upon request.
