This house is located in the town of Winthrop within an easy walk to hiking, biking and groomed nordic ski trails. Shops, restaurants, grocery store, museum and library are all within walking or biking distance.
House was built with clean lines and warm materials. Features a Comphy King size bed with access from the bedroom onto the covered coffee drinking porch and private Hot Tub. House is air conditioned for the warm summer days and heated with mini split heat pump and Jotul gas stove for those chilly, cocoa sipping winter nights.
For the cooks, there is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware, glassware, cutlery and Weber gas grill. Dine inside and admire the local artwork or out on the covered patio.
Bathroom has a tiled, walk in shower and heated tile floor with Kohler fixtures.
Carport with a level 2 electric car charger, secure storage for guest use for ski's, bicycles and gear.
Laundry room with full size washer and dryer for Guest use.
When it's time to call it a day and settle in for the evening there is Starlink internet and smart TV's in the living and bedrooms.
