Seconds from the Back 40 Trail System and just 20 minutes from downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, Coler Preserve, and Slaughter Pen.
Whether you're here to ride world-class trails, explore Northwest Arkansas, or unwind in nature, enjoy the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outdoor living.
The Space:
Designed for Mountain Bikers
Located just moments from the Back 40 Trail System, you can ride from the house to the trails in less than a minute—no need to load up the car. The home is also conveniently close to Back 40 trailheads, OZ Trails Bike Park, Gear Garden, and other popular Bella Vista riding destinations.
After your ride, clean up at the outdoor bike wash station, make quick adjustments at the bike maintenance area, and store your bikes securely in the attached garage. Then relax on the deck or gather around the fire pit after a day on the trails.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire home throughout your stay, giving you plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home. Your stay also includes access to the garage for secure bike storage, an outdoor bike wash station for easy cleanup after your rides, convenient self check-in, and complimentary on-site parking.
