Restored mill with private pool with bubbles

This historic watermill, likely dating from the 16th century, is divided into two apartments for your exclusive use, each on a different floor of the mill. Each apartment features two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a living room with a small kitchen.



We've renovated the spaces using green building materials and with great attention to restoration. The constructed wetland system discharges wastewater into the stream without polluting it; for this reason, we only provide biodegradable products, which you’ll find at your disposal during your stay.



Adjacent to the mill there's a private swimming pool-pond in a secluded area, surrounded by trees and flowering plants. The water's salty and crystal-clear and offers gentle aerotherapy massages. Near the mill lies a lush orchard with cherry, apricot, pear, pomegranate, olive, and walnut trees.



From the trails that start at the accommodation—which you can explore on foot or by e-bike—you can reach the medieval villages of Mombaroccio and Cartoceto, as well as the 14th-century sanctuary of the Blessed Sante. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, fine wine cellars, and shops selling honey, dairy products, and local cured meats.
