Horsehay House is made up of two wings. The main house includes the downstairs kitchen and dining area, with the living room and snug (cinema room). It also has a downstairs loo and access to the garden. Upstairs in the main house are 4 bedrooms and downstairs there are two (one is a pullout bed).

Downstairs attached by the dining area with it's own private access to the right of the property as you look at it, is the annex wing. This has it's own living area and is all ground floor. The bedroom is a king bed which is also configurable as two singles and has it's own en-suite with shower. Also, the living area benefits from a comfortable double sofa bed, which means a maximum of 4 people could sleep in this wing and this side effectively has two usable bedroom spaces.

At the top of the garden is the hot tub and games room area, complete with bar, pool table, darts board, bluetooth speaker, 55" TV and outdoor dining with BBQ and seating area.
