About this house rental
Short walk or drive to nearly EVERYTHING Baltimore City has to offers. Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom rowhome in Historic Seton Hill, MD. The property has 3 levels, (3 flights of stairs) each level has its own bedroom and bathroom. Huge primary bathroom with jetted tub and standing shower. Short two block walk to Mount Vernon Marketplace and all that Mount Vernon has to offer.
Safety: The health and safety of our guests are very important. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, following the CDC guidelines in between each stay. The unit is on the third floor of the historic 100-year old building.

1.2 mile from Inner Harbor Marina
Parking: street parking available with one visitor parking permit. Parking is often available in front of the property or across the street. Parking across the street doesn’t require a parking permit. Keep in mind, this is residential area, it’s extremely important that you place visitor permit if you park in front of the property to avoid getting towed. If parking permit is lost, there’s $100 fees for replacement per permit.
Guest Access: You will have full access to the house. The property has "Smart Locks" which allow guests to enter with a custom pass code I set (and remove upon checkout) for each guest.

Parking was an issue. Only had access to our assigned parking spot once in 4 days. Had to park a street over one night.
Could not figure out how to use the heat/ac and it was cold the first night. Parking instructions weren’t clear.
Didn’t get check in info till the day of our arrival. Owners didn’t return messages to me or VRBO day before our stay.
No coffee left for our use.
All the dishes were in the dishwasher but were clean. We put them away.
Patio was a mess. Neighborhood was sketchy but neighbor was very nice.

Everything was nice. If I had to give some feedback, I would suggest that they tidy up the back patio just a little. It is a beautiful addition to the space. Overall, it is a wonderful space, the manager provided clear instructions, check in was smooth, and the space was very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect for us as we were in town for my daughters recital at Peabody. Beautifully clean with comfy beds, a bathroom for each bedroom plus lots of nice touches.
The parking permit was great although we didn’t always get a spot outside. But we found a place close by pretty easily.
It was a short walk to Peabody, a simple stroll down Center Street. Would definitely stay again
