This VRBO itself is very nice and well kept. Communication with the host was easy but we were not given the property's address until 72 hours prior (which is not uncommon). However, since the neighborhood is quite variable by the block, it would be helpful to at least have the specific block identified earlier. Unfortunately it was in a high crime area neighborhood. Most of the adjacent properties were in poor condition with some windows boarded up, bars over doors/windows. Every ride share driver who took us there appeared concerned for our safety and we were told "you're in the hood," "don't go out at night," "stay together," "be careful" etc.
