About this house rental
Bring your kids and your dog and drop anchor in the heart of Coolum Beach at “Seagrass”, a private, fully fenced three bedroom home on a large grassy block a mere 400 metre flat walk to Coolum’s esplanade and main beach.
Perfect for singles, couples, families and dog lovers. The house consists of a large open plan living room with smart TV, air conditioning and plenty of books, games and puzzles for a classic beach holiday. There is plenty of surf literature to inspire more beach time!
There are three bedrooms all with ceiling fans (two queens and a room with two singles) and a bathroom with bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a laundry and separate toilet.
Your dog will enjoy the freedom of running around the backyard. There’s a BBQ, fire pit, outdoor shower and multiple outdoor sitting areas including beneath the shade of old paperbark tree.
There is ample parking including side access around to the backyard for most vehicles. Caravans can park on the street where there is a wide verge.
