Location, pet friendly, easy to clean, large backyard, walking distance to beach and restaurants, early check-in and plenty of parking.
More comfortable chairs in the lounge would be good.

Cleanliness, nice grassy yard, 2 bathrooms, seperation between 2 large bedrooms gave privacy, enjoyed bringing the dog
No air con, driveway caused car to scrape had to park on the road to avoid damage, ensuite door to backyard needs a security screen door, ceiling fans too slow to keep rooms cool, too hilly to walk to beach (elderly parents), overpriced
