It’s down a flight of stairs but once you’re in, you’ll find a warm, aesthetic space with everything you need:
Two comfortable bedrooms — one with a king bed, one with a queen. A clean bathroom, and your own private laundry.
Enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, share a meal at the dining spot, then wind down in the living area with the sofa and TV. Wi-Fi is ready to go if you’ll be working or streaming.
It's a space that feels homey and simple — perfect for a relaxed stay.

There are a variety of stores nearby if you need to pick something up, and the Pointe at Clark mall is also close. Plus, attractions like the Blue Man Group Chicago and the Briar Street Theatre are just a short distance away and worth checking out.
Getting Around:
There are several transportation options available if you need to get around. The Halsted & Clark/Barry bus stop is just a short walk away, and the Belmont station is only a few minutes away. Ride-sharing services are also readily accessible.

For a one-time, non-refundable fee of *$35, you can choose to add a Damage Waiver to your reservation. This provides up to *$400 in coverage for eligible accidental damage** during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.
Please note that the waiver does not cover intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or house rule violations.
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link where you can complete your reservation details and choose whether you’d like to add the waiver.
If you decide not to purchase it, any applicable damage charges would remain your responsibility.
