Plan a Killington getaway with the whole group at The Rose Lodge, an eight-bedroom Vermont vacation rental for up to 16 guests. Seven full bathrooms help everyone get ready for the mountain, and a private hot tub and two lounges give you plenty to come home to. Killington and Pico are about a 15-minute drive away.
AFTER THE MOUNTAIN
Warm up by the wood-burning fireplace in the main living room, stream a movie on the Roku HDTV, or step onto the private deck for the six-person hot tub. Downstairs, a second lounge, long bar, and ping-pong room give the group another place to spend the evening. Books and board games are provided.
MEALS AT THE HOUSE
The fully equipped kitchen includes a range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, and tableware. The dining table seats 10, with five additional seats at the kitchen island. A private gas grill and outdoor dining offer another option for meals.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The large deck has a hot tub and fire table, while a separate fire pit sits in the yard. Take a seat on the upper balcony for mountain views. The private yard is not fully fenced.

Fast fiber Wi-Fi, five desks, and three large tables offer places to work during longer stays. A washer and dryer are in the house, and the mudroom has storage for skis, snowboards, and boots. Entry is by smart lock, with private parking for up to eight vehicles.
AROUND KILLINGTON
The mountain access road, restaurants, shops, Kent Pond, Gifford Woods State Park, and local golf courses are within about a 15-minute drive. Rutland is roughly 20 minutes away; Woodstock is about 30 minutes away. Travel times depend on weather and traffic.
PLEASE NOTE
The house accommodates up to 16 guests. The house has radiant heat and portable fans, but no air conditioning. An exterior security camera on the shed faces the parking lot and front door.
HOT TUB AVAILABILITY
The private hot tub is included during peak ski season, from late December through mid March. At other times, an optional $195 setup fee applies.
HOUSE RULES
- Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. The primary renter must be at least 25.
- A rental agreement must be e-signed before arrival.
- No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, events or commercial photography.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
- Fireworks are not permitted.
- Shower before using the hot tub and secure its cover after each use.
For winter travel, all-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended.
