Guest Bedroom: 1 King Bed, window blinds, portable fan, and TV (Roku TV Only).
Living/Dining Room:, Full Sofa Sleeper, room darkening curtains, Smart TV with Roku TV, balcony access, and dining table that seats 6.
Private Washer/dryer in the Condo.

Edgewater Resort does not permit personal umbrellas & tents on the beach. The only umbrellas and shade setups permitted are the professional beach setups available for rent through Edgewater Beach Service.
Beach setups are available seasonally March 1 – October 31, weather permitting, rental fees apply.
Please keep this policy in mind when planning your beach days, as guests may NOT bring or set up their own umbrellas or tents.

Serves specialty cocktails and light fare. Located poolside and steps away from the white sand beach! (Hours: March 1st - October 31st, open daily 11am-5pm, business & weather permitting)

RECREATION AREA
Located near the BBQ grills, the recreation area features a playground, ground shuffleboard, Bean Bag Toss, and a basketball hoop. Basketballs, shuffleboard equipment and bean bags are free to check-out at the front desk!

At Edgewater we take pride in being one of the premier family destinations on the Emerald Coast. Unfortunately, reservations are not accepted for vacationing students or singles (under age 25) unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Edgewater requires at least 1 parent or guardian per every 2 individuals under age 25 and they must occupy the condo for the term of the stay. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all payments and the party will not be permitted to register. This policy is strictly enforced, no exceptions!
