Main Level

The main floor features a bright, open-concept design that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a comfortable space for gathering and unwinding. The living room offers ample seating along with a 65” Smart TV for movie nights or casual entertainment.

The dining area comfortably seats up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, a coffee maker with coffee and creamers provided, toaster, air fryer, cookware, utensils, and dishware.

This level also includes a bedroom with a King bed and 50” Smart TV. A Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently accessible from the bedroom and shared living area.

Second Level

The primary suite offers a King bed, 50” Smart TV, walk-in closet, and direct access to a private balcony furnished with an outdoor dining set. The private en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub and a spacious walk-in marble shower.

Third Level

The property is also about 11 miles from the Thomas Jefferson Memorial and within easy reach of many of the capital’s most popular attractions. Drive times may vary depending on traffic and time of day.
