PRIVATE 2BR BASEMENT APARTMENT in Falls Church with its own private, separate entrance. Two queen bedrooms plus a full-size sofa bed in the living room accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy a fully remodeled kitchen with upgraded appliances, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and complimentary coffee & tea.
About 10 miles to Washington, DC, 13 minutes to Tysons Corner, under 4 miles to Metro, near Eden Center, dining, shopping, and major routes, with convenient access to DCA and IAD airports. A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. Just a 5-minute walk from the house is a beautiful neighborhood park with walking and jogging trails, a playground, pickleball courts, and small streams winding through the park. It’s a lovely place for a morning walk or run, outdoor activities, or some playtime with the kids.

Guest access
The private entrance to the 2BR basement apartment is on the right, in front of the garage. Walk down the grey-painted stairs and use the 4-digit code provided before check-in. Look for the door marked “HAPPY TRAIL 2.”
Other things to note
This is a private basement apartment in a home where the host lives on the main level. The apartment is completely separate with its own private entrance; however, as with any lower-level living space, you may occasionally hear normal everyday household sounds from upstairs. There is another short-term rental at the property. Your 2BR basement apartment is a separate private unit with its own entrance.
Street parking is available in open spaces along the street. Please avoid parking directly in front of our neighbors' homes or in the cul-de-sac. Driveway parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise arranged.
