Your stay also includes access to a private association beach shared with other association members, within walking distance of the home.

Spend time together in the modern living room beside the gas fireplace, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy air conditioning throughout the house. Outside, the peaceful deck is made for long dinners, with a grill, outdoor dining area, and gas fire table for evenings under the stars.
Your stay includes access to a private association beach within walking distance of the home. The beach is shared with other members of the association, and guests renting Champlain at Long Lake are welcome to enjoy it.
The Naples Causeway and downtown Naples are about half a mile away, an easy walk or a drive of less than a minute. Explore waterfront restaurants, ice cream shops, mini golf, and boat rentals, or take a cruise on the Songo River Queen II. Sebago Lake State Park is also nearby for a beach day or a walk through the woods.

- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-7am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
- Events need approval first
