Located in a peaceful and green residential area of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, the studio offers an ideal setting for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbourhood combines tranquillity and nature while remaining within easy reach of Menton, Monaco and the Mediterranean coast.
After a day of exploring the French Riviera, you can relax on the private terrace, enjoy the residence’s swimming pool during the summer months or unwind in the comfort of the air-conditioned studio. A private parking space is also available, making it easy to explore the surrounding area by car.
It will be a self-check-in. Travelers will be alone in the apartment. They have access to the collective swimming pool of the building. You must have the badge for this.

Nestled in a peaceful, green setting in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, this bright and functional 25 m² studio is ideal for a relaxing stay for two. Its private terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast or summer meals outdoors, while the residence’s swimming pool is available from May to October.
The studio is located on the ground floor and includes:
* A comfortable sleeping area with a 140 × 190 cm double bed
* A television and a raised dining area with stools
* A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and cooking utensils
* A well-maintained bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail
* Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine
* A private terrace surrounded by greenery
* A private parking space
Bed linen, towels, welcome toiletries and coffee capsules are provided for your arrival.
The accommodation offers a quiet location close to Menton, Monaco and the Mediterranean coast. As it is slightly outside the town centre, a car is strongly recommended for getting around comfortably.
Please note that the studio is located on the ground floor and that one set of keys will be provided during your stay.
The “Fleur de Mai” bus stop is located near the residence. Zest bus lines 21 and 22 provide connections to Carnolès train station and the surrounding areas.
Carnolès train station is approximately 1.5 km away, around 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. Regular TER trains provide easy access to Monaco, Menton, Nice and Ventimiglia.
Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is approximately 40 km away and can generally be reached within 40 to 50 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Due to the apartment’s peaceful hillside location, travelling by car is recommended.
You will need the badge to enter the building, go to the swimming pool and empty your garbage.
You need the parking remote control to enter the property.
Sheets and towels are provided as well as an arrival kit to help you start your stay. It is composed of: 2 rolls of toilet paper, small shampoo and soaps, a coffee per person
