Very bright apartment comprising a living room with kitchenette and sleeping sofa for 2 people plus a bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom and entrance. All equipped with new bedding and appliances. Quietly located on the back of a luxury building (secure with caretaker) on the seafront. Closed private garage or private parking subject to availability. Immediate proximity to the station and all shops. Direct access to the sea.
Cleaning fee of € 50 to be added to the price of the stay and payable on arrival.

Had all I needed. Bed was comfortable and, as a non car user the station at Carnoles was about 100m away. Host gave clear instructions and advice.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, appartement très propre, bien équipé, calme et le gros avantage garage fermé au sous sol, près de tous commerces. La propriétaire est très sympathique, à l écoute, nous donne les renseignements nécessaires avant notre arrivée et des cadeaux de bienvenue que nous avons bien apprécié. On peut visiter sans prendre la voiture . La concierge aussi est agréable, présente pour nous donner des renseignements.

Leuk appartement die van alles is voorzien. Het appartement is gelegen naast het strand Het strand is vrij rustig, zeer behulpzame eigenaar, geschikt voor vier personen. Alleen een airco zou wenselijk zijn want in de nacht is het vrij warm.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour,toutes commodités et promenade du littoral proximité . Appartement très propre et le garage super..La propriétaire est très sympathique et cadeaux de bienvenue agréables. Région superbe et dépaysante .Nous sommes allés à Monaco à pied par le sentier des douaniers,magnifique. Je reviendrais volontiers.

Appartement proche de commerce et tout près de la gare, ce qui permet de visiter la région sans prendre la voiture. Cet appartement est très propre et très bien équipé , de plus la propriétaire est très sympathique , ainsi que la concierge qui est toujours présente pour tous renseignements. Nous sommes ravi de notre séjour , garderons un bon souvenir de la fête des citrons , Menton étant à 2 km à pied . Pour les plus courageux le sentier des douaniers permet d aller à Monaco en 2h.

Wir waren total begeister,allles sehr sauber, beste Lage direkt am Strand. Top eingerichtet ist diese Wohnung mit allen was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, es war alles unkompliziert und perfekt beschrieben, besser kann man es nicht machen. Möglichkeiten zum Einkauen sind direkt vor der Tür, es gibt einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Laden, wenn man mal was vergessen hat, eine Apotehke und ein Zeitschriften laden. Ein Restaurant ist direkt gegenüber und unzählige andere in der Umgebung. Wir waren schon öfter in Roquebrune, das war die Beste Wohnung die bisher hatten. Zudem ist die Garage ein super man braucht keinen Parkplatz suchen, viele Parkplatze sind auch gebührenpflichtig. Also wir fahren das nächstemal wieder dort hin. TOP

Alloggio pulito in posizione tranquilla (rivolto nel cortile) dove non batte il sole. Ottimo per la presenza del box auto dove ho parcheggiato anche la mia bicicletta. Per due persone ottimo, ma anche per quattro può andare bene. Saluti Pierino

Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen für Ausausflüge nach Menton, Nizza, Monaco,...! Die helle, saubere Wohnung mit Bergblick ist praktikabel und z.T. neu eingerichtet. Wir waren zu dritt, aber auch zu viert hätte man genug Platz! Das Haus wirkt freundlich. Obwohl an der Straße gelegen und man die Bahn sieht, ist es absolut ruhig. Nachts kann man das Meer rauschen hören. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Brotladen, eine Eisdiele, ein kleines Kiosk und eine Apotheke. Auch ein kleines, nettes Restaurant ist gegenüber. Direkt vor der Haustür das Meer! Sehr praktisch ist die abschließbare Garage in der Tiefgarage. Die Vermieterin und die Concierge waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir haben einen super Urlaub verbracht!

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. L'appartement a correspondu en tous points à nos attentes. Autour, nous y avons également trouvé tout ce que nous y cherchions : proximité de la plage, des commerces et des animations. Par ailleurs, sur place, il y a une gardienne plus que précieuse. Highlights :- Plenty of new equipment, new kitchen units, whole apartment recently refurbished. Extensive equipment for living. Excellent internet. Off road Parking Train station 4 minutes walk. More good points :- Super U supermarket 6 minutes walk. Good range of typical french small town shops 10 mins walk. Local Tabac and Alimentation, 50M Excellent concierge. North facing balcony faces the mountains, great views on sunny days. Zou! Hebdo trains tickets a real luxury, no hassle travelling. 7 days unlimited travel between Menton and Nice for Euros 15.70 on TER trains, usually 2 per hour. Extensive equipment, lots we never actually used , ironing board, cooking utensils. Much more. We really enjoyed Catherine's apartment, and ideal base for visiting the carnevals, and lots of good walks around the coast and Maginot Line hills. We will come again.

L'appartement est refait à neuf et il ne manque de rien! Il est situé dans un immeuble parfaitement insonorisé ,non loin des arrêts des navettes ZEST qui permettent de découvrir le littoral à moindre coût sans avoir à sortir la voiture du parking privatif (un pus car les parkings sont peu nombreux et payants) et à deux pas de la gare pour rallier Nice ... Au pied de l'immeuble quelques commerces et un super U et un marché à 400m ... Vu que la propriétaire est toujours joignable et à lécoute , nous lui conseillons de mettre dans l'appartement un petit chariot pour se rendre au marché!

l appartement est trés bien équipé : Wifi et Télé ; four micro ondes , 2 plaques ceramiques,petit electo ménager ,batterie de cuisine, aspirateur et lave linge. Il est aussi trés propre . A noter un garage indispensable (fermé) car tout est payant. Super marché à 400M. propriétaire dispo pour toute information . Quelques bémols pour etre objectif ; l appartement donne sur le nord et sur la parking avec vue sur le MERCANTOUR : donc un peu froid en arreire saison mais cela evite le bruit de l avenue . Il est aussi dans le "L" donc avec un peu de vis à vis .Balcon petit (permet de manger à 3). Mais n oubliez pas que vous etre à 2 pas de mer .Literie bonne au niveau convertible mais un peu molle dans la chambre. En hors saison ; sentier du litorral à conseiller ; depuis la résidence , depuis Cap D ail (plage du golf bleu , plage mala.. superbes) En conclusion nous gardons un excellent souvenir et retenons cette location su nous revenons dans le coin
