👥 Sleeping up to 7 guests, the house offers plenty of space for families, groups and contractors, with a large garden, off-road parking and excellent transport links.
The Space - The property comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with:

🛏️ 1 twin bedroom with two single beds
🛋️ Sofa bed in the living area for an additional guest

🍳 The large, well-equipped kitchen has everything you`ll need for a comfortable stay, including all major appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine for that essential morning coffee. There`s also an extendable dining table which comfortably seats 6 guests.
📺 The living area has a 43` Smart TV with Freeview channels and the ability to log into your own streaming accounts.

One of the lovely features of the house is the conservatory — a great spot to sit with your morning coffee while looking out over the large garden.

Throughout the house you`ll find a selection of original paintings by local artist Anahid, who has called Portchester home for around 56 years.
Now in her 80s, Anahid has been painting for many years and has exhibited her work over the years. Her paintings add a lovely personal touch to the house, with original pieces bringing colour, character and a little bit of local history to the space.
We love having her artwork throughout the property and hope guests enjoy discovering the paintings during their stay.
