Beautiful, tranquil one bedroom apartment set in a spectacular and peaceful alpine and lake location. With floor to ceiling glass windows across the whole front of the apartment, you can relax and enjoy the full majestic lake and mountain view. Fully equipped with kitchen, laundry, living/dining room, bedroom and bathroom.

A one-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the Villa Del Lago complex on Frankton Road.
Bedrooms: 1, with unrestricted lake and mountain views with privacy hedge in foreground.
Bathrooms: 1, bath with overhead shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with smart TV
Kitchen: Fully equipped with zest oven, by gas cooktop, pull-out extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer.
Balcony: Patio with outdoor table and chairs.

Guests have full use of the whole suite — kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and patio — plus free, uncovered parking in the top car park (not allocated).
The Neighbourhood
Villa Del Lago is set on the lakeside of Frankton Road — a small, private complex with magnificent lake and mountain views, situated right above the Queenstown Trail.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: No internal stairs; Multiple external stairs from car parks and office level - this suite is not wheelchair accessible.
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Fireplace in this suite is not currently operational. An upgrade is scheduled for completion by mid Nov 2026.
Frankton Track is undergoing works till 2027 Q2.
Some units in the Villa del Lago complex is undergoing new fireplace installations until 2027 Q2.
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.
