A beautiful, tranquil one-bedroom suite set right on the lakefront, with floor-to-ceiling glass opening onto full lake and mountain views.
The Space
Entry via sliding doors leads into the open-plan living and dining area, with the kitchen alongside. The suite has been newly refurbished throughout. A hallway leads to the laundry and bathroom, with the bedroom at the rear of the unit, plus a private patio to enjoy the view.
Bedrooms: 1, with lakeview & mountain views.
Bathrooms: 1 - bath with overhead shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living and dining areas with smart TV.

Guests have full use of the whole suite — kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and patio — plus free, uncovered parking in the lower (lakefront) car park (not allocated).
The Neighbourhood
Villa Del Lago is set on the lakeside of Frankton Road — a small, private complex with magnificent lake and mountain views, situated right above the Queenstown Trail.

Distance from nearest supermarket: FreshChoice Queenstown, 64 Gorge Road — 2.4 km
Distance from Queenstown Airport: 5.4 km
Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 1.9 km
Distance from The Remarkables: 21.6 km

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: Access is from the lower (lakefront) car park, then via external stairs. This suite is not wheelchair accessible.
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Fireplace in this suite is not currently operational. An upgrade is scheduled for completion by mid Dec 2026.
Frankton Track is undergoing works till 2027 Q2.
Some units in the Villa del Lago complex is undergoing new fireplace installations until 2027 Q2.
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.
