This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in Windsor at Westside gives eleven people 2,263 square feet to spread out in, with the Disney parks 10 to 14 minutes down the road. The screened private pool opens straight off the living room, so the afternoon break between park days happens at home instead of in traffic, and the half bathroom sits on the pool deck itself, which keeps wet feet off the carpet. There are two separate living rooms, one on each floor, so a movie upstairs and a card game downstairs can run at the same time. Two of the five bedrooms were decorated for the children, one in Star Wars and one in Mickey, and the kids usually claim their room before the suitcases are open. The granite island seats four for breakfast on an early park morning, and the washer and dryer upstairs let you pack for a week and stay for two.

Windsor at Westside is a gated resort community in Kissimmee, on Sydney Ave, 10 to 14 minutes by car from Walt Disney World. Universal Orlando is 25 to 32 minutes away, Orlando International Airport (MCO) 30 to 38 minutes, and a Walmart 5 to 10 minutes for the arrival-night grocery run. Vineland Premium Outlets are 12 to 18 minutes away. The streets are quiet and residential, with families walking to the clubhouse in the evening.
The house sits near State Road 429, which runs straight to the Disney parks and on to I-4 for Universal and SeaWorld. Free parking in front of the townhome fits more than one vehicle, so a family arriving in two cars does not have to plan around it. Rental cars and rideshare both work well here; a car is the practical choice for daily park runs and grocery trips.
