Historic remodeled home close to everything in historic Berlin. Big yard, lots of parking, & walking distance to downtown Berlins restaurants, breweries, grocery, & more. 10 minutes to the beaches of Ocean City Maryland or Assateague Island wild horses. Arcade games and bikes added for 2025 season. Above ground pool open Mid May - Mid Sept. 2 washer & dryers. Locally owned managed and cleaned for a worry free stay. All linens and bath towels provided. License#2023-3
The Space:
Your cleaning fee is paid fully to cleaners and includes all bedding (put on beds not in bags like some others) bathroom towels/ kitchen towels, rags, & small supply of toilet paper and paper towels.
5 bedrooms - No bedrooms on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 1- Queen bed
Bedroom 2- Queen bed
Bedroom 3- Queen bed / twin bed
Bedroom 4 -twin bunk beds
Bedroom 5- 3rd floor two queen beds / and a twin and accessed through bunk room.
1 full bath upstairs, 1 full and half bath downstairs.
Kitchen is fully stocked.
2 washers and dryers in basement.
Large back deck with pool, fire pit, and volleyball in the back with backyard!
Pool is available - Memorial Day - Labor Day weekends - sometimes later weather depending.
This house has the best of both worlds it is very close to downtown Berlin and 10-15 minute drive to the beaches of Ocean City and Assateague. Some bikes will be provided for guests. Burley Oak Brewery, Forgotten Fifty Distillery, Burn Pizza, and grocery store are all right across the street from this home!
Perfect for large groups or families.
No Pets allowed at this property- no exceptions.
