About this house rental
Set above Mandahl Bay, Villa Gardenia pairs a spacious great room with magnificent down-island views of the Caribbean Sea, St. John, Jost Van Dyke, and Tortola. Three bedrooms open off the great room, each with a private ensuite bathroom—well suited to families, couples, or friends traveling together.
The master suite has a king-size Select Comfort Sleep Number bed and a luxurious bath with dual sinks, granite counters, marble floors and walls, a raised tub, and a roomy shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third has two twin beds that can convert to a king; both secondary bedrooms have full marble baths with glass-enclosed showers.
The kitchen is designed for gourmet meals or casual dining, with granite counters, bar stools, a five-burner gas range, two electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher, and a complete array of cookware and utensils. A screened door leads to a private, south-facing terrace with lounge chairs and seating for six. A nearby powder room, laundry room with wine cooler, washer and dryer add convenience.
Outside, enjoy the private pool and hot tub, covered veranda, fenced backyard, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area. Newly landscaped gardens include walking paths and a bubbling fountain; the koi pond is currently not in service.
Additional comforts include split ductless AC, ceiling fans, high-speed whole-house WiFi, a dedicated workspace, cable TV, sound system, and a 27 kW generator for uninterrupted power. Daily maid service is provided Monday through Friday.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement.
