Step into comfort and charm in our peaceful detached 3-bedroom house, thoughtfully designed for relaxing stays, family time, and easy living.
There is a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite shower plus 2 other bedrooms, a family bathroom with shower over bath and a separate WC downstairs.
There is a private walled garden and 1 parking space on the driveway. There is plenty of free on-street parking available for additional cars.
The house is in a quiet leafy neighbourhood.
The Space:
As you walk into this comfortable home, there is a living room with sofas, a downstairs WC and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area.
The dining table has 6 chairs.
There are french glass doors which open onto the private garden, which has a beautiful mature willow tree & a comfortable outside corner sofa with a table to dine together.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower, which is at the back of the house & overlooks the garden. The bedroom is at the front of the house and has a king size bed. The first floor also has a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
On the 2nd floor, we have a bedroom which can be set up as king size bed or 2 small single beds.
We provide hotel quality linens & towels, with all the household items needed for your stay.
This is a unique detached house in Bristol city, which has a rural countryside feel, where you are surrounded by trees, but close to all amenities.
Guest Access:
There is no access to the garage or a room on the 1st floor in the house. Both will be locked.

It is a peaceful neighbourhood offering a quieter home-from-home setting while remaining within easy reach of the city.
The surrounding area has a mixture of residential streets, local shops, supermarkets, cafés and everyday amenities. Nearby Fishponds, Stapleton, Easton and Kingswood provide additional options for shopping, dining and exploring.

Top floor bedroom will be set up with a king size bed, unless you request 2 single beds. Please request this at the time of your booking.
