Escape to Casa Marina, a coastal canal-front retreat in Galveston’s Sea Isle Subdivision. This 3BR/2BA home sleeps nine and features a private boat slip, outdoor bar, and is just a short drive to beach access. Enjoy community perks like a boat launch, seasonal pool, and fishing pier. Perfect for families, friends, couples, and pets—your ideal waterfront getaway awaits.
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas
● Beach Access: 2 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.
● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway. No street parking.

The dining area offers seating for your group, making it easy to gather for breakfast before heading out or to enjoy a family-style dinner.
Casa Marina offers three inviting bedrooms. The master Bedroom features a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized beds and an additional town-over-twin bunk bed. Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has room to get ready for the day.
Outside is where Casa Marina truly shines. Step onto the spacious canal-front deck and enjoy peaceful water views all day long. The home features a Private boat slip for easy access to the canal and West Bay. The Outdoor bar area is perfect for cocktails, grilling, and gathering. There is plenty of seating for sunrise coffee or evening relaxation
Whether you`re fishing off the dock, prepping for a boat day, or simply soaking in the breeze, the outdoor space is designed to elevate your stay.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the canal. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
