Property was as posted. A little dated but cozy and the canal location was excellent.Plenty of room for a couple or small family.The property is perfect for dogs, 2 max. Chain link fencing with vehicle gate.Close to the marina and restaurant, within walking distance. Beach #25 has plenty of parking and not as crowded as the others.The host was great to work with, answered all our questions.

PAUL WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AS A HOST, HE WAS GREAT IN KEEPING ME INFORMED ABOUT THE STORM THAT WENT THROUGH AND CALLED ME RIGHT BACK WHEN I THOUGHT WE HAD A PROBLEM. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND FULLY STOCKED. OUT OF ALL THE BEACH HOUSES WE HAVE STAYED AT, I GOT TO SAY BAY BREEZE IS IN THE TOP 3, PAUL IS TRULY THE BEST HOST,ON A SCALE 1-5 PAUL IS A 20
