Welcome to Apartment 5, a comfortable second-floor apartment on Calle San Rafael in San Juan. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom space features a clean, minimalist design and the essentials for a convenient stay. Its central location provides easy access to restaurants, shops, beaches, nightlife, and popular San Juan attractions.
The Space

• Comfortable beds with linens and pillows
• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils

Location & Neighborhood
The property is located in a residential area of San Juan. It is not in Condado or the main tourist district, but offers convenient access to Condado, Ocean Park, Santurce, Isla Verde, Old San Juan, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The neighborhood provides a more local San Juan experience while remaining a short drive from popular destinations.
Exterior security cameras are located outside the property only and do not monitor private interior spaces.
Parking
Limited on-site parking is available first-come, first-served, and a space cannot be guaranteed. If full, guests can use available street parking nearby.
Important Information
Puerto Rico can occasionally experience power or water interruptions. The building does not have a backup generator or water cistern. If an outage affects the area, the apartment may temporarily be without electricity or running water until service is restored. Other guests or residents may be staying in neighboring apartments.

If all spaces are occupied, please use available street parking nearby. Always follow posted parking signs and local regulations.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The network name and password will be provided with your check-in information.
Air Conditioning
Please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. When leaving the apartment for an extended period, please turn off the A/C units to help conserve energy.
Kitchen
The kitchen includes basic cookware, dishes, utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and other essentials.
Please clean up after cooking and avoid leaving food out, as Puerto Rico’s tropical climate can attract insects quickly.
Towels & Linens
Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. Please do not use towels to remove makeup, clean floors, shoes, or other heavily soiled items.

Before You Leave
