About this apartment rental
Direct gulf front view from the 14th floor provides some of the best private views the Tides building has to offer! Enjoy the spacious feeling of the high ceilings in this newly remodeled unit. Drift off to a comfortable night’s rest on the high-end pillow top mattresses provided in both of the King Suites! This condo is ideal for families, and even better for all adult guests. We provide an additional single futon for kids, a LG TV in each bedroom, and full-size/front-load GE washer and dryer.
Enjoy the perfect Florida vacation at our Gulf front condominium in the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort along with breathtaking UNOBSTRUCTED views of turquoise water and sugar-white sands from your private balcony. Lounge in comfort in the deep seated balcony lounger as you enjoy an afternoon siesta in the open gulf breeze. Relax and sip your favorite drink while enjoying the views from your private balcony. You may never go down to beach, but if you do, you can enjoy miles of gorgeous powder soft white sand and Emerald waters. This area is also perfect for a wide variety of water sports, including surfing, fishing, parasailing and kayaking. Water sports not your thing? Catch a game of pickleball on the newly renovated pickleball courts, free for Tides Guests. Kiddies and adults can practice their swing on the Tides' miniature golf course. And for the avid golfer, World-class golf awaits next door at the Sandestin Resort.
From meeting sea creatures up close at the Gulfarium, taking a dolphin cruise, to shopping or sampling some of Florida's freshest seafood, our Tides condo puts you in proximity to it all! Our condo also has a fully outfitted kitchen and high-speed internet. Whether your plan is to stay in and relax or head out to find an adventure, this is the place to be! We have lived in the area for many years and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about where to go or what to do during your stay.
The condo DOES NOT include the use of Tops'l Club (fitness, indoor pool, resort tennis courts) or Blue Dunes Grill.

Individuals under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the premises. Our minimum age requirement is 25 years old. We require one parent for every two individuals under the age of 25. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.

Our stay at Tops'l Beach Resort far exceeded our expectations! Upon entering the penthouse suite, we were welcomed with breathtaking views, lovely music, and an exceptionally clean space! From the sheets on the bed to the showers to the kitchen counters, everything felt fresh! The beds provided a very comfortable night's sleep after long days in the sun. The host was very communicative and made check-in a breeze as well as promptly answering any questions we had during our stay! The resort grounds offered everything we needed including easy beach access, pool time, walking trails, and a fitness center! Miramar was the perfect location between 30A and Destin so we were able to enjoy hot spots across the Emerald Coast! We will most definitely return!

Mara was so wonderful to work with to help us arrange baby equipment, and to do everything she could to accommodate us! This was our second year to stay at her beautiful place! We love it!

Beautiful, unobstructed view of the gulf was the perfect way to wake up everyday. This beautiful condo is FULLY stocked with everything you need, just bring your clothes. Mara was an amazing host and was in contant contact with us the entire time. We will definitely be back.

Amazing view, wake up each morning looking directly at the ocean. Very clean, recently renovated home. Lots of additional kitchen items (tools, spices, etc). Beds very comfortable. Had an issue with the washing machine, but management was very receptive and communicative.
