Tides Unit 202 is a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo at TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, near Destin, for up to six guests. Its second-floor location offers a quick route to the beach. The balcony, living area, primary bedroom, and primary bathroom have broad views across the pool and beach to the Gulf and horizon.
Settle into one king bed in the primary bedroom and two full beds in the second bedroom. TVs are in the living room and both bedrooms. A kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, linens, and towels make it easy to enjoy time together at your own pace. Starter soaps and paper products are provided; replenish them as needed.

Beach access, the seasonally heated Tides upper pool and kiddie pool, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, and mini golf are included. Spend a morning on the sand, bring your pickleball gear for a game, or enjoy a leisurely afternoon by the upper pool.
The private TOPS'L Club, fitness center/gym, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, resort tennis courts, lower pool, lower pool deck, and Blue Dunes Grill are not included with this condo booking. Optional chair and umbrella rentals make it easy to settle into your beach day.

Booking Details
Condominium association rules require an adult age 25 or older to stay throughout the reservation. The booking guest must be at least 25, sign the rental agreement and stay for the full reservation; third-party bookings are not allowed. After booking, we send a secure OwnerRez link to sign the agreement, upload a government-issued photo ID so our team can verify the signer’s identity and age for association compliance, and confirm a current phone number for the stay. Complete these steps within four hours of booking if arrival is seven days or less away; otherwise, by 9:00 AM Central Time on the second calendar day after booking. Contact us through your booking channel if you have difficulty.
A required $500 temporary authorization hold is processed by the host on the guest’s credit card two days before arrival and released two days after departure, less any amount kept for documented guest-caused costs allowed by the agreement and law. This temporarily reduces available credit or funds; the bank may take additional time to reflect release.

This was a very nice place to stay. There were a few quirky cleanliness things that could improve but overall clean. They are making improvements to the entrance way but a minor inconvenience. They provide carts for luggage and groceries. Great pool area with a bar however, you have to be a club member if you want to enjoy. Right on the beach with a beautiful view. They do lock the pool gates at night so you have to walk around to get to the beach at night. There are plenty of towels and supplies. Fully stocked kitchen with a regular coffee machine as well as a Keurig. Beds are very comfortable! Balcony is huge with plenty of seating. Communication was excellent with Mr. Joe and his wife Susan. Very accommodating, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend staying here!

Great property, clean, updated, everything you need is there, great location to the pool and beach, with it being on the second floor just one thing of stairs don’t have to use the elevator, stairs located just steps from the condo door, great view to the pool and ocean, we went in November and pool was heated and warm. The master bath was beautiful up to date. Couches and beds comfortable. Renter was great, will come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We have been to Tops’l several times and this unit has been the best we’ve stayed in. Extremely clean, comfy beds, perfect view of the pool and beach with an easy walk down the stairs right to the pool entrance. Many rental units have bare minimum supplies in the kitchen. Here it was not the case. Had everything we needed and then some. Loved the porch furniture as well. As always we enjoyed the sports courts and putt putt. Communication with owner was top notch. Will be our new go to rental at this resort.

The rental itself was as described, fairly clean and had a great view. The resort has changed drastically since we were there a few years ago. There are certain areas restricted for Owners only, including but not limited to the beach and pools. There is a pool for the renters and a pool for the Owners, not clearly marked, but strictly enforced. The beach directly in front of the resort is split for owners only and others staying at the resort. Be careful not to stray beyond the signs, on either side of the beach, as the next door resort lets you know quickly you are not welcome there. The rental for 2 chairs and an umbrella was nearly 80 per day and if you don't stay in them all day, they start picking them up by 3pm, so don't plan on going back later in the day. Overall, nice view and comfortable condo, but probably won't book that resort again.
