Like new, 4 bed 2 bath single-family home comfortably sleeps 8 on new memory foam mattresses with luxury linens. Enjoy the privacy of your own space. The front yard has beautiful landscaping work and the back yard has ample room for a nice BBQ or playing with the kids.
Dine al fresco at the counter height dining set under the lanai. Enjoy the breeze in your fenced-in yard.
Wood look tile runs throughout the main areas of the home. Bedrooms are carpeted.
Four bedrooms-four options: King bed in the master bedroom and all guest rooms have queen beds.
All of the beds are super comfy memory foam mattresses dressed in white linens.
Each bedroom has ceiling fans for added cooling comfort of your preference.
The kitchen is well stocked with not just pots and pans but bakeware, an air fryer, a blender, a crockpot, and a coffee maker. Dinnerware, silverware, and glassware for 8 are provided. Crystal barware for wine, champagne, etc., are in the cabinets for your enjoyment. Many spices and other cooking staples are there for you to enjoy. I also provide a starter pack of toilet tissue and paper towels.
A full-size washer and dryer are situated in the laundry room for your convenience.
Laundry pods are provided for your convenience.
Pets are welcome with a pre-approval and $150 pet fee.
