Minimum 7 days rental. Popular court house style Villa with 4 Bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and 4th bedroom cabana has a queen bed. Private pool with Spa, Pool/Spa heating available with $30 per day additional fees paid in advance. Spacious Under roof lanai backs to The Anchor lake, Deck on the water for fishing and to enjoy a sunrise, Lanai has outdoor dining table/chairs, Sofas, Pool/Ping pong, BBQ grill, House is furnished with modern furniture.
4th bedroom cabana has kitchenette and private bath great for Nanny or in-laws. Smart TVs in all 4 bedrooms and in living room of which 3 rooms have cable TV and two small bedrooms run on Antenna and WiFi. private parking with two car garage and long driveway. About 18 mins from closet beach and 30+ Mins from other beautiful beaches, Pine Island, Fort Myers beaches, short drive to Captiva, Sanibal, Naples and Bonita Springs beaches and much more. Exterior only cameras for your safety. Pool heating is available with a $20 fee per day.

This was such a wonderful place and experience! House was clean, spacious and the host and manager a delight to communicate with. Pool and spa were great. Location was quiet and peaceful. Loved the deck by the little lake so much as well as the screened porch. Would absolutely stay again!

Pluses: Quiet neighborhood and away from high traffic area. Shopping and restaurants were an easy drive. Very clean and pleasantly furnished. Very large, screened lanai with good view of pond. Huge palm trees surround property. Screen covered pool area inside front entryway (somewhat odd) and also separated by walls, doors to home's interior. Had enough pots, pans, dishes and silverware. AC was working fine. Property manager, Hazel, was responsive. Community is good for pet walking. Coffeemaker was a Keurig for grounds or pod style.
Cons: Patio door to lanai was impossible to open, close and lock. Outside lanai screen doors also difficult to open/close due to heaving exterior. Outside of property needs TLC. Huge palm trees have many dead branches and one came crashing down on deck as we were sitting in lanai. Deck by pond needs major overhaul due to rotting and there is no safety ladder should it be needed. Front exterior is overgrown. Keyless entry would be nice as there was 1 key in lockbox. Property manual needs major overhaul Some blinds inside need replacing. Garage is unusable for larger vehicle due to unorganized junk on floor--old paint cans, chemicals and bar stools. Had to use garage to enter and exit home.
