Designed for up to six guests, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. It's an especially comfortable setup for couples, families or friends traveling together.

PRIVACY & THE PROPERTY
The home is situated on 62 private acres. The owner’s personal residence is also located on the property, approximately 150 yards from the guest house and separated by trees and natural surroundings.
Guests have complete use of the rental home and its designated outdoor spaces. We value your privacy and will give you plenty of space to enjoy the property throughout your stay. If you need anything during your visit, we’re available and happy to help.
ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY
Access to the home is via an approximately half-mile private gravel driveway. Standard vehicles can access the property, but as with most rural gravel roads, there are some uneven and potentially bumpy areas. The gravel drive is part of the rural Kentucky setting and is worth the short journey once you arrive.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire single-level home, front porch and back patio, including the hot tub, firepit, grill and outdoor lounge areas.
