Great location as easy walking to restaurants and shopping in Manitou. Main floor bedroom spacious. Just note that the room has skylights so room gets very bright early. The creek in the back was so peaceful to sit by and drink coffee in the morning. The steeps to the upstairs rooms are steep and narrow. Kitchen was stocked with needed cooking pots and pans.

This house is adorable and perfect walking distance to downtown! Clean and quiet with a perfect shared area by the creek! We woke up early and sat by the creek and 5 minutes in black Bear walks across the area across from the creek from us! Crazy but cool experience for us KC natives!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

When we arrived, we immediately reached out to our contact to question the description of this property. It was NOT described as a multi-unit property, sharing outdoor space with two other rentals. We only sat out by the water our first night. There was no deck off our home. Pictures very misleading. The outside is not well kept, needs some TLC, paint, etc. The interior of the home was clean, the floors newer. The downstairs bathroom updated, the upstairs was older. The supplies in kitchen cabinets was disappointing. Only two wine glasses, a chip in one of the 4 coffee cups.Very positive:We had a parking space at the house. It was a great location to the action in Manitou Springs. We easily walked down to shops, art, music and food. Also close to main roads to the amazing activities that a visit to Colorado offers.
