GUEST ACCESS
Welcome! While we’re visiting, you have full access to the five-bedroom main house—pool, balcony, veranda, kids’ gym and front and back yard. Please conserve energy by switching off lights, floor heat, fans and appliances when not in use. This is a dual-occupancy property: the adjoining home next door is occupied by another family who shares the driveway. The single-car garage on the right side belongs to the main house, but it's not available for guests at the moment. There are two tandem parking spaces in front of the main house garage. Enjoy your stay, and let us know if you need anything!
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I am not available in person, but I’m only 5 minutes away and can easily arrange drop-offs, repairs, or anything else you may need during your stay. I’m just a text away and happy to assist with anything that makes your experience more comfortable.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Thank you for choosing our home! We’re excited to host you in our spacious five-bedroom house, featuring a solar-heated pool, veranda, kids’ gym, and a dedicated work nook. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review and confirm the following:
• Booking & Deposits
– No third-party reservations.
– Guests with few reviews or one unfavourable review will pay a $500 refundable security deposit; others will pay $300. A full refund will be provided if the house rules are respected.
– Check-in ID policy: For everyone’s safety, all adult guests (18+) must present a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation. IDs must be provided before arrival or shown at check-in. Failure to provide valid ID may result in denied check-in and cancellation without refund.
• Check-Out & Noise
– Check-out by 10 am sharp (fees apply for delays).
– No parties or loud music—please respect our neighbours.
• Garaging & Parking
– The main house and the studio each have a private single-car garage.
– Two tandem spaces are available in front of each garage.
– Other guests occupy the separate studio behind its garage; the adjoining home is a different household sharing the driveway.
• Amenities & Extras
– Starter toiletries, tea, and coffee provided.
– One towel/linen set per guest; additional sets available for a small fee if requested in advance.
– The master bedroom upstairs and the downstairs bedroom five each have an ensuite bathroom.
– Smart TVs require your own Netflix, Apple TV, etc. login.
– Pool heating is solar and weather-dependent—no action needed.
– Fire-pit wood (½-stay supply) costs $60 per extra bundle, or you can bring your own.
– Barbecue charcoal (½-stay supply) costs $40 per replacement bag, or you may supply your own.
