About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a shared swimming pool for rent in Le Thor. It has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A 20 m² living room with a sofa, a TV and a fireplace (firewood provided).
– An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A conservatory with a dining area, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
– A separate toilet.
Upstairs:
– Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160 x 200).
– Bedroom 2: with two single beds and a 2.5 m² south-facing balcony.
– A shower room with a shower and a toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
– A shared swimming pool (10 m x 4 m x 1.40 m), heated and fitted with a high enclosure for children’s safety. Open from 1 April to 31 October. Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions. Two aquabikes are available.
– A shared garden of 5,600 m², south-facing, fenced and secured by an electric gate.
– Terrace 1: 18 m², east-facing.
– Terrace 2: 18 m², south-facing.
– Terrace 3: 10 m² of lawn, south-facing.
– Terrace 4: a 30 m² south-east-facing lawn with vegetation.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen, towels and bathrobes included – we’re just waiting for you!
The flat is ideally situated in Le Thor, in a quiet neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Things to do:
– Walking or cycling in the surrounding area.
– A visit to the medieval village, featuring a 12th-century church.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park, which can accommodate 4 to 6 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– A car is essential.
– Avignon railway station is 15 km away.
Other notes:
– Bed linen, towels and bathrobes included.
– Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic).
– Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €10 per day, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking. Payment is to be made on arrival.
– The accommodation is fully fitted with mosquito nets on all windows and doors.
– All beds are electric and feature an adjustable lifting mechanism.
– End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and comprises preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
– Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
