Le clos du Chasselas", charming house with enclosed garden, shaded terrace and small swimming pool (from May to September). 170m2 renovated, quiet, not overlooked, with 4 bedrooms equipped with fans, 2 bathrooms. 4 to 10 people. Ideal for families and couples of friends.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
4 BEDROOMS, up to 8-10 people, all equipped with fans:
- 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds 100x200 which fit perfectly together to form a large king-size double bed (200x200).
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x200.
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190
- 1 baby cot is also available, with adapted mattress, on request.
- And 2 additional 90x190 single mattresses can be placed on the floor of the desired room if necessary.
2 BATHROOMS: one with bathtub, the other with large shower.
3 toilets, 2 of which are independent.
1 fully equipped KITCHEN, open to the dining room and the living room.
1 comfortable living room to come and cool in the summer.
With piano, books, board games, and something to keep the children, baby and teenager busy...
1 LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine, basket, drying rack and clothespins, broom, vacuum cleaner...
In the GARDEN, a little paradise awaits you:
- a terrace in the shade of a beautiful arbour formed by a vine more than 50 years old. You can eat, take a nap in the hammock or deckchairs, have an aperitif in the moonlight...
- The garden is enclosed, surrounded by the beautiful stone walls of the village ramparts. Tranquility guaranteed!
