Guests have access to the complete unit. It is completely self contained. The stairs in the centre of the complex are well lit, and easily accessible from secure rear car park with electric remote controlled gates. Plenty of parking on esplanade out the front of the apartment.
Host can meet guests on arrival. If arriving at odd hours, key will be in lock box by front door. As unit is self contained, I won`t contact guests during their stay unless they contact me with a query or problem.
Lovely seaside area that is very safe and enjoyable to either just walk around or do something more active.Love everything about it.Unit has everything you need so can just move in and enjoy.Have a cup of tea on balcony enjoying sunset
Bike path,walking and running path and great park (with barbecues)across road. Five minutes walk to Semaphore road with Jetty.Five minutes walk to buses(City and West lakes shopping centre). Twenty minutes drive to city.
Pets are not allowed on property as per strata rules.
If a special needs or service animal stays a cleaning fee of $200 will apply as future guests may be allergic and special clean must be undertaken.
It is important that the apartment is kept clean and tidy. Additionally, please be respectful of your neighbours. Smoking is allowed on Balcony only. No parties allowed.
