This isn’t a generic rental. Each bedroom embodies a local spirit, a character born from Massanutten itself. We didn’t decorate rooms; we wrote their stories.

Soft blue tones, warm wood, and vintage fishing touches nod to Massanutten’s lakes and rivers. Lounge chairs by the window invite slow mornings, while the ensuite offers double vanities and an accessible-style shower with grab bars and a bench.

Vintage ski and snowboard gear, rich green walls, and a mountain mural create a cozy alpine retreat. Plaid accents and warm lighting make it the perfect après-ski escape.

Classic Americana meets cozy family design with red plaid, soft blues, and thoughtful touches like built-in drawers, beanbags, and a reading nook where the storage bench hides games for little dreamers.

A refined lodge retreat with warm wood tones, velvet drapes, and layered textures. Relax on the chaise lounge overlooking the forest or wake to sunrise views of the barrel sauna outside your window.

A rich, collected golf aesthetic with French-inspired moulding and plaid wallpaper. Window views overlook string lights, the barrel sauna, and the fire pit, making it feel like your own little club room.

A cheerful nod to the stables with gingham, stripes, and a dash of “Howdy.” Equal parts polished and playful, perfect for riders at heart.

Every bedroom has a mounted smart TV, fan, space heater, luggage rack, alarm clock, and nightstands with built-in charging. Each bed has two pillow types per sleeper. We also provide two pack & plays for little ones.

Bright, airy, and grounding, the wellness room feels like a hidden studio in the trees, where design meets intention and slowing down feels effortless.

- A separate dining area for ten with a grill nearby for easy outdoor meals

Down the stairs, the magic continues in our private wellness oasis, an intimate setting surrounded by warm lighting and the sounds of nature.

- Arcade-inspired games including Big Buck Hunter, Golden Tee, and Ms. Pac-Man (and other perfect classics)

Step inside and you’re greeted by a colorful, design-forward living space that feels both lively and calm. A navy leather sofa, green velvet couch, and warm wood accents set a cozy, modern tone. The mountain mural brings in the spirit of adventure, while the gas fireplace grounds the room in comfort.

The newly remodeled kitchen is a standout feature, fully stocked and ready for family meals. You’ll find all-new appliances, thoughtful cooking essentials, and plenty of cookware and serveware for groups. The coffee and tea bar includes a Keurig, coffee pot, and electric kettle, along with an assortment of K-cups, teas, and basic pantry staples like olive oil and spices, providing everything you need for slow mornings or post-adventure evenings.

The dining table for twelve sits beneath windows overlooking the serene forest, with six bar stools nearby so everyone can gather. A wipeable high chair makes family meals simple and stress-free. Mornings begin quietly here: someone’s brewing coffee at the bar, and someone else has already claimed a swivel chair on the upper deck to watch the woods wake up.

- About 20–25 minutes to Harrisonburg for groceries, breweries, restaurants, Target runs, and local shopping.
- Easy access to Shenandoah Valley hikes, scenic overlooks, caverns, wineries, and Blue Ridge views.

MASSANUTTEN RESORT RULES
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
* Keep noise indoors during these hours.
* No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
* Keep all tires off the road.
* Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
* Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)|
* No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
