Level entry to the upstairs floor consists of 2 queen bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom/laundry, spacious balcony and of course we can't forget the stunning sea views with the township and mountainous terrain as your backdrop. Downstairs there are 2 more queen bedrooms, bathroom and 2nd generous sized undercover deck.

The open plan living area has a 3 and 2 seater lounge, 2 bean chairs and plenty of in-house entertainment - Unlimited Wi-Fi, Chromecast TV, Bluetooth radio, UE Boom speaker and a vast array of board games, chess set, puzzles & cards. There's a little 2 seater table for the wee ones and a baby gate at the top of the stairs to keep them safe.

All fresh, clean bedrooms have quality furnishings and bed linens. Each with fans for that extra summertime comfort.

The lovers of cooking will relish in the well equipped kitchen. There is plenty of bench & sink space and all the essentials you need including full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toasted sandwich maker, popcorn maker and where would you be without a De longhi Nespresso - (don't forget to bring your favourite pods!). A 2nd large fridge/freezer is also available for your use.

For the BBQ buffs, there is direct access from the kitchen to deck which accommodates a large Ziggy cooker, (similar to a Weber), an outdoor dining setting, umbrella & chimenea fire. Laze on the bean bag couches and camp chairs to soak up the morning sun or enjoy a game of darts in the shade the afternoon brings – The deck area is certainly equipped for easy and comfortable entertaining.

Plenty is also onsite for the fishing enthusiasts - Boat parking, bait/fish freezer, filleting bench and motor rinse facility. There's also a room inside to secure any of that precious fishing/diving gear you may have on-board.

From the bottom section of the house stairs lead down through the lower tree canopy to exit directly onto Wyuna Bay Beach. It only takes a few minutes to get down - maybe a little longer to get back up though!!
Another lovely feature of this property is the lookout area directly across the road where you can sit and watch those very impressive sunsets or simply picnic while overlooking the amazing views the Hauraki Gulf and surrounding Islands have to offer.

Long Bay Beach/Motor Camp which has a boat ramp, kayaks, paddleboards, convenience shop, playground and Kauri walk is only 2.5kms down the road.
